Pre-Treatment Care

  • Avoid alcohol and excessive exercise 24 hours before treatment.

  • Do not attend if you are unwell, have an active infection, or are pregnant/breastfeeding.

  • Stop taking aspirin, ibuprofen, or other blood-thinning medicines for 3 days before treatment, where possible (unless prescribed by your doctor).

  • Attend your appointment with clean, makeup-free skin.

Post-Treatment Care

  • Remain upright for 4 hours after treatment.

  • Avoid touching, rubbing, or applying pressure to treated areas for 24 hours.

  • No strenuous exercise, saunas, steam rooms, or facials for 48 hours.

  • Mild redness, swelling, or bruising may occur — this is temporary.
