Terms + Conditions

To ensure fairness and safety, our Price Match Promise applies under the following conditions:

Eligibility

• The comparison must be for the same treatment, using the same product, dosage, brand and number of treatment areas.

• The treatment must be carried out by a GMC/GDC regulated Doctor or Dentist. Comparisons with treatments carried out by non-medical doctors (including Nurses, Prescribers, PhD Doctors, Aestheticians or Beauticians) are not eligible.

• The comparison clinic must be located within a 30-mile radius of any MPower Clinic location (Bromsgrove, Droitwich Spa, Quinton, Tettenhall).

• Treatments provided in a home setting are excluded.

Proof Required

• A copy of the official quotation from the competitor must be provided (printed or forwarded by email).

• Pricing must be verifiable and publicly accessible.

• The competitor clinic must have the treatment readily available with confirmed stock and appointment availability.

Pricing Conditions

• The price match must include all taxes and fees.

• Promotional codes, affiliate discounts, vouchers, bundles, memberships, introductory offers or loyalty schemes are excluded.

• Gift vouchers are exempt.

• Price matching is offered on a one-off basis per treatment course and may not be repeated.

• No retrospective claims will be accepted (must be requested at booking or consultation before treatment begins).

General Conditions

• MPower Clinic must have the treatment in stock and a Doctor available to perform it.

• MPower Clinic reserves the right to decline price matches where terms cannot be verified.

• This offer may be amended or withdrawn at any time.
