- Do not wax, shave, or use depilatory creams on the treatment area for 48 hours beforehand.

- Arrive with clean skin, no makeup, moisturiser, or sunscreen.

- Inform your doctor of any recent medical treatments, skin conditions, or medications.

- Stay well hydrated in the days leading up to your appointment.

Post-Treatment Care

- Avoid direct sun exposure and apply broad-spectrum SPF daily.

- Do not use active skincare products (retinoids, acids, exfoliants) for 5–7 days, or until advised.

- Keep the area clean and avoid touching the skin unnecessarily.

- Avoid strenuous exercise, swimming, and saunas for 24–48 hours.

- Mild redness, sensitivity, or peeling is normal and usually resolves within a few days.

- Use only gentle, hydrating skincare recommended by your clinician.

- Attend follow-up sessions as recommended for optimal results.
