  • This prescription-only treatment may be offered to help relax specific muscles, reducing the appearance of expression lines in certain areas of the face. Suitability, dosage, and treatment areas are always discussed and prescribed by our doctor following a face-to-face consultation.

  • Dermal fillers can be used to help restore or enhance facial volume, balance, and structure. Commonly treated areas include lips, cheeks, jawline, and nasolabial folds. Product type, placement, and results vary between individuals, and your personalised plan will be discussed during consultation.

  • Polynucleotides are regenerative treatments that stimulate skin repair, hydration, and elasticity. They work at a cellular level to improve texture, reduce fine lines, and support long-term skin health.

Treatment Plans + Maintenance

A review appointment is often recommended after certain treatments to assess outcomes

Pre-Treatment Care

- Avoid alcohol, aspirin, ibuprofen, and vitamin E supplements for 24–48 hours before treatment to reduce bruising risk.

- Do not schedule treatment if you have an active infection, cold sore, or skin irritation in the planned treatment area.

- Stay well hydrated and maintain a healthy diet leading up to your appointment.

- Inform your doctor of any new medications, allergies, or recent treatments.

- Arrive with clean skin, free from makeup or skincare products.

Post-Treatment Care

- Mild swelling, redness, or bruising may occur and usually resolves within a few days.

- Avoid touching, pressing, or massaging the treated area unless instructed.

- Refrain from alcohol, strenuous exercise, and excessive heat exposure (saunas, sunbeds) for 24–48 hours.

- Sleep on your back with your head elevated the first night if filler or skin boosters were used.

- Avoid facials, peels, or skin treatments in the treated area for at least 2 weeks unless otherwise advised.

- Use a gentle cleanser and broad-spectrum SPF daily to protect your results.

- Follow-up appointments are recommended to review progress and outcomes.
