Clinic Terms and Conditions

At MPower Clinic, we strive to provide a safe, fair and consistent service for every patient.

By booking an appointment, purchasing a treatment, package, plan or eGift card, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.


1. Consultations

Consultations are required before all treatments to assess suitability.

Consultation Fees:

  • Facial Analysis Consultation – £50 (£25 redeemable)

  • Injectables Assessment – £30 (£15 redeemable)

  • Skin Assessment – £30 (£15 redeemable)

  • Hair Assessment – £50 (non-redeemable)

  • Medical Assessment – £50 (non-redeemable)

Consultation fees are redeemable only as stated above and expire after 1 month.
If your medical history has changed since your last appointment, you must inform us so a new Intake Form (Medical History) can be issued.


2. Deposits

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Deposits are partially deducted from your treatment price.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 48+ hours’ notice: deposit fully refundable.

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice: deposit non-refundable but may be transferred once at MPower Clinic’s discretion.

  • No-show: deposit forfeited.

  • Late arrivals (15+ minutes): we may be unable to proceed and deposit may be lost.

3. Arrival to Your Appointment

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early for paperwork.

  • For injectable or skin treatments, arrive without makeup.

  • Due to safety and medical equipment, no children or under-18s are permitted in the clinic room.

  • We do not treat individuals under 18.

4. Treatment Suitability

Treatments are subject to clinical assessment.
If you are deemed unsuitable for a procedure, your deposit may be refunded or transferred to a different treatment.

We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is not in the patient’s best clinical interest.


5. Packages, Courses & “Save When You Book Sessions”

  • Packages are typically sold in blocks of 3 sessions.

  • Packages are valid for 6 months from purchase unless otherwise stated.

  • All sessions must be used within this timeframe; unused sessions are non-refundable.

  • Packages are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

  • Finance via Klarna or In-House Payment Plans is available on select packages (see Section 6).

Your practitioner may recommend a treatment frequency to achieve optimal results, please follow this guidance.


6. Finance & Payment Options


a. Klarna via Stripe

Eligible treatments over £250 may be paid using Klarna at checkout.
Klarna’s own terms, credit checks, and eligibility rules apply.
MPower Clinic does not influence approval decisions.


b. In-House Monthly Payment Plans

For selected packages, MPower Clinic offers a monthly payment option:

  • First instalment collected at the first treatment appointment.

  • Remaining instalments collected monthly via direct debit.

  • Treatment sessions can only be taken in line with payment progress (e.g., first session after first instalment is paid).

Failure to complete instalments may:

  • pause further treatments

  • result in cancellation of the agreement

  • restrict future access to payment plans

In-House plans are not credit agreements and do not include financial lending.
Payments must be completed within the agreed timeframe.


7. Subscription Service

Our monthly subscription service (launching 2026) offers:

  • discounted treatment prices

  • exclusive promotions

  • member-only benefits

Subscriptions will be paid via direct debit.
Full subscription terms will be released prior to launch.


8. Loyalty Scheme

Points can be earned through:

  • signing up to newsletters

  • booking treatments

  • purchasing packages/plans

  • engaging with MPower Clinic programmes

Points are redeemable in values of £25, £50, or £100.
Loyalty points have no cash value and are non-transferable.


9. eGift Cards

  • Available to purchase online.

  • Valid for 12 months from purchase.

  • Include 10% added value (e.g., pay £45, receive £50).

  • Non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

10. Price Match Promise

MPower Clinic offers a price-match for like-for-like treatments when:

  • Same product brand is used

  • Same treatment area(s)

  • Treatment is performed by a doctor

  • Competitor is within 50 miles of WV6 0LB

  • Written quotation is provided

  • Treatment is in-clinic (not home-based)

  • Competitor has the treatment in stock and available

Price match must be requested before booking or at consultation.

Not valid on gift vouchers or promotional offers.

MPower Clinic may withdraw the Price Match at any time.


11. Clinic Rights

We reserve the right to:

  • refuse treatment

  • amend prices

  • update policies

  • change terms at any time

12. Complaints Procedure

We aim to resolve concerns promptly and professionally.

How to Raise a Complaint

Submit in writing or by email with full details to: info@mpowerclinic.co.uk

Response Timeline

  • Acknowledged within 3 working days

  • Investigation completed within 28 days

  • If more time is needed, you will be updated

If unresolved, details for escalation to the appropriate regulatory body will be provided.


13. Privacy & Data Protection

All patient information is handled securely in line with GDPR.

Your medical history will be stored safely and must be updated every 12 months or sooner if changes occur.
