Pre-Treatment Care

  • Avoid anti-inflammatories (aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen) for 3 days before treatment unless prescribed.

  • Refrain from alcohol, Vitamin E, fish oils, or herbal supplements such as Ginkgo Biloba and St John’s Wort for 3 days.

  • Stay well-hydrated, good hydration improves plasma quality.

  • Avoid scheduling within 2 weeks of major events or holidays.

  • Let your practitioner know of any new medications, illnesses, or medical changes.

Post-Treatment Care

  • Mild redness or swelling is expected and settles within 24–48 hours.

  • Avoid makeup, saunas, steam rooms, and vigorous exercise for 24 hours.

  • Avoid touching or massaging treated areas.

  • Cleanse gently and apply only recommended skincare.

  • Avoid further skin treatments such as microneedling, peels, or lasers for 2 weeks.

  • Protect the skin with SPF daily.

  • Results build gradually as collagen and cell renewal increase over the coming weeks.
