Booking Policy

At MPower Clinic, we value your time, commitment, and trust in us. To provide a fair and consistent booking experience, the following terms apply to all appointments and purchases. Deposits A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposits are applied to the cost of your treatment. Arriving to your appointment: Please aim to arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for any necessary paperwork. Late attendance to your appointment can also result in you not being seen. If you are planned to have a procedure on the day, we kindly ask that you attend without makeup. Please note: We’re unable to accommodate children or anyone under 18 in the clinic room, due to medical equipment and the nature of treatments. We aim to avoid promoting or encouraging aesthetic procedures to those under 18. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you cancel your appointment with more than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be refunded in full. If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be non-refundable, but may be transferred to one rescheduled appointment at our discretion. If you fail to attend your appointment (“no-show”), your deposit will be lost. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to proceed with your treatment and your deposit may be forfeited. Treatment Suitability All treatments require a consultation to assess suitability. If a treatment cannot go ahead for medical reasons identified during consultation, your deposit will be refunded or transferred to an alternative treatment.
