About the Treatment

Dermal fillers utilise premium hyaluronic acid to hydrate, lift, and restore volume lost to natural structural ageing. Administered precisely via a fine needle or cannula, treatments offer immediate results, seamlessly contouring facial architecture for a refreshed appearance. Full-Face & Profile Contouring: Cheeks, submalar region, temples, jawline, jowls, pre-jowl sulcus, and chin. Refinement & Shadow Camouflage: Nasolabial folds, marionette lines, chin shadows, piriform fossa, earlobes, and non-surgical nose reshaping. Fine Lines & Delicate Zones: Tear troughs, smokers/perioral lines, and deep-set wrinkles or scars. Longevity: Results are instant and typically last between 6–18 months depending on the area and product density. Review: Some areas require a review appointment 2-6 weeks following treatment where further treatment may occur. This will be discussed at your appointment. Pre-Treatment Advice 3 Days Before: Avoid alcohol, fish oils, Vitamin E, Ginkgo Biloba, St John’s Wort, and non-prescribed anti-inflammatories (aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen) to minimise bruising. Arnica may be used proactively. 1 Week Before: Strictly avoid sunbeds and tanning. Health: Reschedule if you are unwell or experiencing active infections (including coughs, colds, or cold sores). Timing: Do not schedule within 2 weeks of a major social event or holiday. Post-Treatment Care First 12 Hours: Do not wear makeup. Avoid touching, manipulating, or massaging the treated area. Cleanse very gently. First 48 Hours: Avoid vigorous exercise, alcohol, saunas, steam rooms, or extremes of heat and cold. Next 2 Weeks: Delay facials, chemical peels, or laser treatments. Avoid swimming pools and sunbeds until initial swelling resolves. Apply a cool pack if swelling persists. Safety & Urgent Complications Normal: Mild redness, temporary swelling, or localised bruising are expected physiological responses that resolve within days. Urgent Medical Response: While rare when performed by a medical professional, serious vascular risks exist. Contact the clinic immediately if you experience severe pain, skin blanching, spreading discolouration, eye pain, or visual disturbances.
