Microneedling with a tailored skincare cocktail is a doctor-led treatment that stimulates the skin’s natural repair response. Ultra-fine needles create micro-channels, encouraging new collagen and elastin production while allowing active ingredients to penetrate deeply. Cocktails are customised to brighten, refresh, hydrate or firm the skin, and treatment can also be combined with PRP or Exosomes for enhanced results. Concerns this treatment may address Face & Neck: fine lines, wrinkles, enlarged pores, scarring (including acne), uneven tone, dull or tired skin, loss of elasticity. Body: stretch marks, scars, skin laxity (abdomen, arms, thighs). Many clients notice a refreshed glow within 1–2 weeks, with ongoing improvements in texture, tone and firmness over 4–6 weeks. Best results are achieved with a course of 3–6 sessions, spaced 4–6 weeks apart. Sessions take approximately 45 minutes depending on the area. After cleansing and numbing, microneedling is performed, followed by application of the chosen cocktail. Discomfort is minimal, often described as light scratching. Redness or sensitivity may last 24–48 hours, with most clients returning to normal activity within 1–2 days. This treatment is considered safe but may cause temporary redness, swelling, sensitivity or mild peeling. Rare risks include bruising, infection or pigmentation changes, which will be discussed at consultation. Pre-treatment advice • Avoid retinoids, acids and vitamin C for 5-7 days. • No tanning, waxing or laser in the area for 1 week prior. • Stay hydrated and avoid alcohol or smoking 24 hours before. • Inform your practitioner if you have cold sores or active skin infection. Post-treatment advice • Redness and mild sensitivity are normal for 24–48 hours. • Avoid makeup for 24 hours. • Use gentle, hydrating skincare only. • Apply SPF daily and avoid direct sun for 1 week. • No hot showers, swimming, saunas or strenuous exercise for 48 hours. • Avoid retinoids, acids or exfoliants for 5 days.
