About the Treatment
B12 & Biotin Hair Support Injections Our B12 and biotin injections provide targeted nutritional support to help promote healthier hair whilst also supporting energy levels and overall wellbeing. Biotin (vitamin B7) contributes to the maintenance of healthy hair and supports normal metabolism, while vitamin B12 plays an important role in energy production, red blood cell formation and normal nervous system function. These injections may be particularly beneficial for those experiencing: Hair thinning or increased hair shedding Fragile or poor-quality hair Fatigue or low energy levels Those undertaking a hair restoration programme Those looking to optimise their overall wellbeing Potential benefits may include: Supporting healthy hair growth and hair quality Strengthening fragile hair Supporting normal energy levels Supporting metabolism and nervous system function Complementing wider hair restoration treatments The vitamins are administered via a quick intramuscular injection into the upper arm, making treatment simple, convenient and minimally invasive, with little to no downtime. Your consultation will include a review of your medical history, current medications and treatment goals to ensure this treatment is appropriate for you. Please note: These injections are intended to support healthy hair and general wellbeing and are most effective when combined with a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. They can be undertaken as a standalone treatment or incorporated into one of our comprehensive hair restoration programmes.
Booking Policy
To ensure a smooth and fair experience for all patients, the following policies apply to every booking: 1. Consultations A consultation is required before all treatments. Fees vary by consultation type and may be partially redeemable. Medical history must be updated every 12 months via our Intake Form. Personalised treatment plans and quotes are valid for 30 days following consultation, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Quotes are subject to clinical reassessment if medical history or treatment suitability changes during the period of validity. 2. Deposits A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are deducted from your treatment cost. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling 48+ hours’ notice: deposit fully refundable. Less than 48 hours’ notice: deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred once at MPower Clinic’s discretion, with a £50 rescheduling fee (maximum twice per treatment, after that deposit if forfeited) No-show: deposit forfeited. 4. Late Arrivals Late arrivals (15+ minutes): we may be unable to proceed, and the deposit may be forfeited. Please arrive 10 minutes early for paperwork. 5. Treatment Suitability All treatments require a clinical assessment. If the treatment is unsuitable, your deposit may be refunded or transferred to another service. 6. Children & Under-18s Due to medical equipment, no children or under-18s are permitted in treatment rooms. We do not treat anyone under 18. 7. Packages & Courses Packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Finance options may be available. 8. Payment Plans & Finance Klarna via Stripe is available for eligible treatments (£250+). In-house monthly payment plans are available for select packages. Treatments can only be carried out in line with the instalment progress. 9. eGift Cards Valid for 12 months. Include 10% added value. Non-refundable and cannot be used toward deposits or finance plans. 10. Clinic Rights MPower Clinic may refuse treatment or amend policies, prices, or services at any time.
