About the Treatment
Hay fever, also known as seasonal allergic rhinitis, can be debilitating for those who experience severe symptoms. While antihistamines, nasal sprays, and eye drops are often effective, some individuals continue to struggle with persistent symptoms that significantly affect their quality of life. At MPower Clinic, we offer a Hayfever Kenalog (triamcinolone) injection, which may be considered for clients with severe hay fever symptoms that have not responded to conventional treatments. This corticosteroid injection works by reducing inflammation in the body, helping to relieve common hay fever symptoms such as: Constant sneezing Itchy, watery eyes Runny or blocked nose Fatigue caused by uncontrolled symptoms The treatment is administered by a medical professional following a thorough consultation. This consultation is essential to determine suitability, as steroid injections are not appropriate for everyone and carry potential risks and side effects. During your consultation, we will review your medical history, current health, and any medications you are taking before confirming whether this treatment is a safe option for you. For those who are suitable, the Kenalog injection can provide symptom relief that may last for several weeks, covering much of the peak hay fever season. However, it is not a first-line treatment and is only offered when standard methods have failed to provide adequate relief. As with all treatments at MPower Clinic, patient safety is our priority. We will provide clear aftercare instructions and remain available for follow-up support if required.
Booking Policy
To ensure a smooth and fair experience for all patients, the following policies apply to every booking: 1. Consultations A consultation is required before all treatments. Fees vary by consultation type and may be partially redeemable. Medical history must be updated every 12 months via our Intake Form. 2. Deposits A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are deducted from your treatment cost. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling 48+ hours’ notice: deposit fully refundable. Less than 48 hours: deposit non-refundable (may be transferred once). No-shows: deposit forfeited. 4. Late Arrivals Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled and the deposit lost. Please arrive 10 minutes early for paperwork. 5. Treatment Suitability All treatments require a clinical assessment. If unsuitable for a treatment, your deposit can be refunded or transferred to another service. 6. Children & Under-18s Due to medical equipment, no children or under-18s are permitted in treatment rooms. We do not treat anyone under 18. 7. Packages & Courses Packages are valid for 6 months from purchase. Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Finance options may be available. 8. Payment Plans & Finance Klarna via Stripe is available for eligible treatments (£250+). In-house monthly payment plans are available for select packages. Treatments can only be carried out in line with instalment progress. 9. eGift Cards Valid for 12 months. Include 10% added value. Non-refundable and cannot be used toward deposits or finance plans. 10. Clinic Rights MPower Clinic may refuse treatment or amend policies, prices, or services at any time.
