About the Treatment

Polynucleotides are advanced regenerative injectable treatments designed to improve skin quality from within. Unlike traditional dermal fillers, they do not add volume but instead work at a cellular level to stimulate your skin's natural repair processes. At MPower Clinic, we primarily use Nucleofill®, with Plinest® available for selected indications. By stimulating collagen and elastin production, improving hydration and supporting tissue regeneration, polynucleotides help create firmer, healthier and more radiant skin over time. This treatment may help improve: Fine lines and early wrinkles Loss of firmness and elasticity Dull or dehydrated skin Crepey or thinning skin Uneven texture and sun damage Delicate under-eye concerns Stretch marks and cellulite Treatment can be performed on the: Face Under-eyes Neck Décolletage Hands Body areas, including stretch marks and cellulite Which polynucleotide is right for me? Nucleofill® focuses on deep hydration, antioxidant protection and skin resilience, making it ideal for tired, dull, dehydrated or stressed skin. Plinest® focuses more on collagen stimulation, firmness and elasticity, making it particularly beneficial for anti-ageing and structural skin support. In some cases, both may be incorporated into a longer-term treatment plan. Most patients require an initial course of 3–4 treatments, spaced 2–4 weeks apart, followed by maintenance sessions every 4–6 months. Many patients begin to notice improvements in hydration, texture and firmness within 2–4 weeks, with continued improvements developing over the following months. Pre-treatment advice Avoid alcohol and anti-inflammatory or blood-thinning medications for 24 hours beforehand where possible (unless prescribed) Attend with clean skin Do not attend if you have an active skin infection, eczema flare or cold sore Aftercare Mild redness, swelling, bruising and small injection marks are normal Avoid touching the area and avoid makeup for 12 hours Avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol and excessive heat for 24–48 hours Apply SPF daily to protect the skin Please note: Polynucleotides are regenerative treatments, so results develop gradually over time as your skin naturally repairs and strengthens itself.
