About the Treatment

Profhilo® is an award-winning injectable treatment designed to improve skin quality, hydration and firmness through a process called bio-remodelling. Unlike traditional dermal fillers, it does not add volume but instead stimulates the production of collagen and elastin to improve the skin from within. At MPower Clinic, we offer both Profhilo® H+L and Profhilo® Structura, with the most appropriate option selected according to your concerns, facial anatomy and stage of ageing. Which treatment is right for me? Profhilo® H+L is ideal for improving overall skin quality and is commonly used to treat crepey skin, fine lines, dullness and loss of elasticity. It can be used on the face, forehead/temples, neck, décolletage and hands, leaving the skin looking healthier, firmer and more hydrated. Profhilo® Structura is designed to target deeper age-related changes within the face. It helps improve support within the mid and lower face, restoring definition and firmness whilst maintaining a natural appearance. It is particularly beneficial for those experiencing early volume loss or tissue descent who are seeking a non-filler approach. Many patients choose to combine both treatments as part of a comprehensive rejuvenation plan. We often recommend starting with Profhilo® H+L to optimise skin quality, hydration and elasticity before introducing Profhilo® Structura to restore deeper support and facial definition. Most patients begin with a course of two treatments spaced four weeks apart, followed by maintenance every 4-8 months, depending on individual needs and treatment goals. Pre-treatment advice Avoid alcohol for 24 hours beforehand Avoid anti-inflammatory or blood-thinning medications where possible (unless prescribed) Attend with clean skin and avoid treatment if unwell Aftercare Mild swelling, tenderness and bruising are normal Avoid touching or applying makeup to the treated area for 12 hours Avoid strenuous exercise, excessive heat, saunas and swimming for 24–48 hours Please note: A consultation and assessment will determine which Profhilo® treatment is most appropriate for your concerns. Some patients may benefit from combining treatments as part of a longer-term skin rejuvenation plan.
