About the Treatment
Our most comprehensive hair restoration programme combines multiple regenerative treatments over 7 months to support hair growth, improve hair density and optimise overall scalp health. Designed to target hair loss from several different angles, this programme combines PRP (platelet-rich plasma), Nouveau Visage Regen3 Complex™ (exosomes, polynucleotides and biomimetic peptides), and B12 and biotin injections to create an optimal environment for healthier, stronger and fuller-looking hair. This programme may be suitable for those experiencing: Hair thinning Increased hair shedding Early hair loss Androgenetic (pattern) hair loss Fragile or poor-quality hair A dry or unhealthy scalp Those preparing for, or recovering from, a hair transplant What's included? Over 7 months, the programme includes: 6x sessions of Exosomes + Polynucleotides + Peptides 4x sessions of PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) 7x B12 and biotin injections How does it work? PRP uses growth factors derived from your own blood to support tissue repair, circulation and follicle activity. Nouveau Visage Regen3 Complex™ combines over 100 billion exosomes, polynucleotides (PDRN) and biomimetic peptides to support cellular communication, regeneration and scalp health. B12 and biotin injections provide additional nutritional support to help maintain healthy hair growth. This structured programme provides a comprehensive, multi-modal approach to supporting healthier, stronger and fuller-looking hair. Maintenance To help maintain results, we recommend a single maintenance session every 4–6 months using either PRP or Exosomes + Polynucleotides + Peptides, depending on your individual needs and goals. Maintenance sessions are only available to those who have undergone the full initial treatment plan, and includes both IM Vitamin B12 + Biotin injections, and either PRP or Exosomes + Polynucleotides + Peptides
Booking Policy
To ensure a smooth and fair experience for all patients, the following policies apply to every booking: 1. Consultations A consultation is required before all treatments. Fees vary by consultation type and may be partially redeemable. Medical history must be updated every 12 months via our Intake Form. Personalised treatment plans and quotes are valid for 30 days following consultation, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Quotes are subject to clinical reassessment if medical history or treatment suitability changes during the period of validity. 2. Deposits A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are deducted from your treatment cost. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling 48+ hours’ notice: deposit fully refundable. Less than 48 hours’ notice: deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred once at MPower Clinic’s discretion, with a £50 rescheduling fee (maximum twice per treatment, after that deposit if forfeited) No-show: deposit forfeited. 4. Late Arrivals Late arrivals (15+ minutes): we may be unable to proceed, and the deposit may be forfeited. Please arrive 10 minutes early for paperwork. 5. Treatment Suitability All treatments require a clinical assessment. If the treatment is unsuitable, your deposit may be refunded or transferred to another service. 6. Children & Under-18s Due to medical equipment, no children or under-18s are permitted in treatment rooms. We do not treat anyone under 18. 7. Packages & Courses Packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Finance options may be available. 8. Payment Plans & Finance Klarna via Stripe is available for eligible treatments (£250+). In-house monthly payment plans are available for select packages. Treatments can only be carried out in line with the instalment progress. 9. eGift Cards Valid for 12 months. Include 10% added value. Non-refundable and cannot be used toward deposits or finance plans. 10. Clinic Rights MPower Clinic may refuse treatment or amend policies, prices, or services at any time.
