About the Treatment

An initial course of sessions may be suggested at consultation this will depend on the area/s and concern. As we age, skin can lose its natural elasticity, hydration, and smooth texture. Fine lines, uneven tone, and a crepey appearance may develop in areas such as the face, neck, décolletage, or even the hands. While completely natural, these changes can sometimes make skin look dull or tired. Redensity 1 is a specialised injectable treatment designed not to change facial shape or volume, but to improve the quality of the skin itself. Using a lightweight hyaluronic acid formula, it works to increase hydration, elasticity, and smoothness, leaving the skin looking refreshed and radiant. Concerns Redensity may help with: Fine lines and crepey texture on the face or around the eyes Dehydrated, tired-looking skin Loss of elasticity in the neck and décolletage Sun-damaged or uneven skin tone Fine lines and thinning skin on the hands Treatment areas include: Face Eye area (for skin quality, not hollows) Neck Décolletage Hands The process: Your treatment begins with a full consultation, where we review your medical history, assess your skin, and discuss realistic outcomes. Redensity 1 is then carefully placed under the skin in small amounts to provide even hydration and smoothness. Results typically last up to 9 months, although this varies between individuals. Pre-treatment advice: Avoid alcohol and blood-thinning medications (if safe to do so) for 24 hours before treatment. Avoid harsh active skincare e.g. AHA/BHA/retinols in the 5-7 days prior to your treatment. Hydrate in the week leading up to the treatment. Ensure you are not currently experiencing skin infections, cold sores, or active inflammation in the treatment area. Attend your consultation make-up free if possible. Post-treatment advice: Mild redness, swelling, or bruising may occur and should settle within a few days. Avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol, and excessive heat (saunas, steam rooms) for 24–48 hours. Keep the area clean and avoid applying make-up for at least 12 hours. Protect treated skin from sun exposure. Follow any personalised aftercare provided during your appointment.
