About the Treatment
This service is to be booked only by those who have had a treatment within the specified time at MPower Clinic. At MPower Clinic, your treatment journey doesn’t end the moment you leave your appointment. We believe that excellent results come from not only the treatment itself but also the care and attention given afterwards. That’s why our treatments include a complimentary review, usually 2-4 weeks or a couple of months after your initial treatment. Botox®/Relfydess®: 2 - 4 weeks Dermal fillers: 2 - 6 weeks Cryotherapy: 4 - 8 weeks Polynucleotides/Skin Boosters/Microneedling/Chemical Skin Peel/PRP/Exosomes: 4-8 weeks Hair Restoration: 8-12 weeks This review allows your doctor to assess how your treatment has settled, as many results develop gradually. Everyone responds differently, and the follow-up ensures your results are as balanced and natural-looking as possible. During this appointment, we will: Review the areas treated and check how the product has taken effect. Discuss any questions or concerns you may have about your results. Assess whether any small adjustments are required to achieve the most harmonious outcome. If additional product is needed to refine the results, this will be administered during the appointment or further appointment made. For Botox®, the revision service is free of charge and an important step in your treatment plan, ensuring safety, satisfaction, and the highest standard of care. Our priority is always to deliver results that feel natural and in line with your goals, while making sure you feel supported at every stage of the process.
Booking Policy
To ensure a smooth and fair experience for all patients, the following policies apply to every booking: 1. Consultations A consultation is required before all treatments. Fees vary by consultation type and may be partially redeemable. Medical history must be updated every 12 months via our Intake Form. Personalised treatment plans and quotes are valid for 30 days following consultation, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Quotes are subject to clinical reassessment if medical history or treatment suitability changes during the period of validity. 2. Deposits A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are deducted from your treatment cost. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling 48+ hours’ notice: deposit fully refundable. Less than 48 hours’ notice: deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred once at MPower Clinic’s discretion, with a £50 rescheduling fee (maximum twice per treatment, after that deposit if forfeited) No-show: deposit forfeited. 4. Late Arrivals Late arrivals (15+ minutes): we may be unable to proceed, and the deposit may be forfeited. Please arrive 10 minutes early for paperwork. 5. Treatment Suitability All treatments require a clinical assessment. If the treatment is unsuitable, your deposit may be refunded or transferred to another service. 6. Children & Under-18s Due to medical equipment, no children or under-18s are permitted in treatment rooms. We do not treat anyone under 18. 7. Packages & Courses Packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Finance options may be available. 8. Payment Plans & Finance Klarna via Stripe is available for eligible treatments (£250+). In-house monthly payment plans are available for select packages. Treatments can only be carried out in line with the instalment progress. 9. eGift Cards Valid for 12 months. Include 10% added value. Non-refundable and cannot be used toward deposits or finance plans. 10. Clinic Rights MPower Clinic may refuse treatment or amend policies, prices, or services at any time.
