About the Treatment
Peel season has officially arrived. After a summer of increased sun exposure, October is the perfect time to focus on resurfacing, renewal and tackling the pigmentation, texture and sun damage that summer may have left behind. This month, VIP Access members can book our TCA Chemical Skin Peel for £175 instead of £250, saving £75. This exclusive offer is only available to patients who joined the VIP Access list before the October offer was released. Your VIP discount will be applied automatically when booking. Please ensure you are logged into the account associated with your VIP Access membership to receive the discounted price. Derma-Peel TCA Strong is our most intensive chemical peel, designed for patients requiring more advanced skin resurfacing and renewal. This two-stage treatment combines an initial glycolic acid peel with a 40% TCA blend peel to produce a controlled medium-to-deep peel. It is particularly suited to: Significant pigmentation and sun damage Acne scarring Uneven or rough skin texture Fine lines and deeper wrinkles More advanced signs of skin ageing This is an intensive resurfacing treatment and significant peeling and skin renewal should be expected for approximately 7–10 days following treatment.
Booking Policy
To ensure a smooth and fair experience for all patients, the following policies apply to every booking: 1. Consultations A consultation is required before all treatments. Fees vary by consultation type and may be partially redeemable. Medical history must be updated every 12 months via our Intake Form. Personalised treatment plans and quotes are valid for 30 days following consultation, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Quotes are subject to clinical reassessment if medical history or treatment suitability changes during the period of validity. 2. Deposits A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are deducted from your treatment cost. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling 48+ hours’ notice: deposit fully refundable. Less than 48 hours’ notice: deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred once at MPower Clinic’s discretion, with a £50 rescheduling fee (maximum twice per treatment, after that deposit if forfeited) No-show: deposit forfeited. 4. Late Arrivals Late arrivals (15+ minutes): we may be unable to proceed, and the deposit may be forfeited. Please arrive 10 minutes early for paperwork. 5. Treatment Suitability All treatments require a clinical assessment. If the treatment is unsuitable, your deposit may be refunded or transferred to another service. 6. Children & Under-18s Due to medical equipment, no children or under-18s are permitted in treatment rooms. We do not treat anyone under 18. 7. Packages & Courses Packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Finance options may be available. 8. Payment Plans & Finance Klarna via Stripe is available for eligible treatments (£250+). In-house monthly payment plans are available for select packages. Treatments can only be carried out in line with the instalment progress. 9. eGift Cards Valid for 12 months. Include 10% added value. Non-refundable and cannot be used toward deposits or finance plans. 10. Clinic Rights MPower Clinic may refuse treatment or amend policies, prices, or services at any time.
