What Is Nouveau Visage® Regen3 Complex™ and How Does It Work?
Nouveau Visage® Regen3 Complex™ is our most advanced regenerative hair restoration treatment. Rather than relying on a single active ingredient, it combines over 100 billion exosomes, polynucleotides (PDRN) and biomimetic peptides to support healthier scalp tissue and optimise the environment in which hair follicles function.
The treatment is delivered using medical microneedling, creating thousands of controlled microscopic channels within the scalp. This stimulates collagen production whilst allowing the regenerative complex to penetrate into the deeper layers of the scalp for enhanced absorption.
Each component plays a different role in supporting healthier hair growth:
• Exosomes support cellular communication and help regulate the signals involved in tissue repair and regeneration.
• Polynucleotides (PDRN) encourage tissue repair, improve hydration, reduce inflammation and promote a healthier scalp environment.
• Biomimetic peptides act as biological messengers that help support follicle activity and normal hair growth.

Nouveau Visage® Regen3 Complex™ is suitable for both men and women experiencing early to moderate hair thinning or wishing to improve overall scalp health.

Following a detailed consultation, Dr Mäla will assess your scalp, medical history and likely cause of hair loss to determine whether this treatment is appropriate. Where indicated, further investigations such as blood tests or GP assessment may be recommended before treatment begins.
What Results Can I Expect?
Hair restoration is a gradual process, and improvements develop over several months rather than immediately.
Many patients notice improvements in scalp quality, hydration and comfort within the first few weeks. As healthier follicles progress through the natural hair growth cycle, improvements in hair thickness, density and overall hair quality typically become noticeable after 2–3 months, with continued improvement over 3–6 months.
For optimal results, we recommend an initial course of 6 treatments, performed every 2 weeks, followed by maintenance treatments every 4 months.
As with all regenerative treatments, results vary depending on the cause and severity of hair loss, genetics, hormones, age, lifestyle and overall health. Completing the recommended treatment course and using the complimentary homecare serum as directed provides the best opportunity for long-term success.

Potential Side Effects
Normal: Mild redness, swelling, tenderness, pinpoint bleeding, temporary scalp sensitivity or minor bruising are common and usually settle within a few days.
Rare: Temporary headache, localised allergic reaction, prolonged redness or swelling, or a less-than-expected response to treatment. Multiple sessions are usually required for optimal results.
Urgent: Contact the clinic immediately if you experience increasing redness, severe or worsening pain, significant swelling, pus or discharge, fever, or any signs of infection.
Pre-Treatment Advice
• Wash your hair beforehand and attend with a clean, dry, product-free scalp.
• Avoid alcohol and blood-thinning supplements where appropriate before treatment.
• Avoid colouring or chemically treating your hair for one week beforehand.
• Please let us know if you have an active scalp condition, are feeling unwell, or have any changes to your medical history or medications.
Comprehensive pre-treatment instructions and suitability information will be provided after booking.
Post-Treatment Advice
• Mild redness and scalp sensitivity are expected for 24–48 hours.
• Avoid washing your hair, strenuous exercise, swimming, excessive heat and hair products for 24–48 hours.
• Avoid colouring or chemically treating your hair for at least one week.
• Apply your complimentary Nouveau Visage® homecare serum exactly as directed and attend your recommended treatment schedule to optimise long-term results.
Comprehensive aftercare instructions will be provided following your treatment.
