What Vitamin Injections Do We Offer?
We offer a range of vitamin injections to support different health and wellbeing goals. These are administered via a quick injection (usually) into the arm.
Vitamin B12 Booster – "The Brain Vitamin"
Supports normal energy production, nervous system function, red blood cell formation and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. Often chosen by those experiencing low energy levels, a diagnosed B12 deficiency, or those looking to support cognitive performance, mood and overall wellbeing.
Vitamin D Booster – "Bones & Muscles"
Supports energy levels, and healthy bones, muscles and immune system function, particularly during periods of low sun exposure. A popular option during the cooler months or for those at risk of deficiency, and is often chosen to support overall wellbeing.
Vitamin C Booster – "The Immunity Booster"
Supports normal immune function, collagen formation and helps protect cells from oxidative stress. Often selected by those looking to support their immune system, skin health and overall wellbeing.
Biotin Booster – "Skin, Hair & Nails"
Contributes to the maintenance of healthy hair, skin and nails and supports normal metabolism. Commonly chosen as part of a wider hair, skin and nail support routine, particularly for those experiencing hair thinning, hair loss or brittle nails.
Glutathione Booster – "The Mother of All Antioxidants"
A powerful naturally occurring antioxidant that helps protect cells from oxidative stress and supports the body's natural detoxification processes. It is commonly chosen by those looking to support overall wellbeing, healthy ageing, reduce inflammation, promote a brighter, more radiant complexion, and support recovery and resilience to everyday physical stressors.
Biotin + Vitamin B12 – "The Ultimate Hair Support Package"
A combined synergistic protocol designed specifically to strengthen hair quality and optimise cellular energy pathways feeding the hair follicles.
IM Shots vs IV Therapy. Which Is Right For You?
When it comes to boosting your wellness through vitamins and nutrients, both IV therapy and intramuscular (IM) shots are powerful options. However, IM shots are gaining popularity for their convenience, quick absorption, and targeted benefits — especially for busy individuals who want results without the time commitment of an IV drip. Administered via a quick injection, the IM vitamins are delivered directly into the muscle, allowing them to bypass the digestive system and be gradually absorbed by the body. Find out which is the best option for you below:
How Quick Do You Want Outcomes?
IV Drips provide almost immediate results; perfect for treating exhaustion or dehydration right away. If you want a slower, more consistent boost, intramuscular injections (IM) are the ideal option because they absorb more gradually.
Long-Term vs. Short-Term Objectives
IV Drips are excellent for sporadic pick-me-ups, quick results. While IM Injections is more reliable, continuous results, they are usually administered once a month. As IM shots deliver nutrients deep into the muscle tissue, it allows for steady and sustained absorption into the bloodstream. This slower release can lead to longer-lasting effects.
Schedule & Budget
IV Drips may be more expensive and need more time in the clinic, up to 60 minutes in clinic. While IM Injections is a quicker, less expensive solution that works well with hectic schedules.
Vein Access
IV Drips require vein access. Some people may have veins that are difficult to access, or simply prefer to avoid IV needles. IM shots are much simpler and less invasive. They are administered directly into the muscle (usually in the deltoid or gluteal area) with minimal discomfort.
Bottom Line: IM Shots are a Smart Alternative
If you're looking for a simple, quick, and effective way to boost your wellness, IM vitamin shots are a smart and convenient alternative to IV therapy. Whether your goal is radiant skin, higher energy, or stronger immunity, our range of IM injections offers targeted results with maximum efficiency.
Do I Need Blood Tests First?
Whilst this is highly encouraged, for most treatments this is not required. A full medical history will be taken first, and after assessment of any history, concerns or symptoms, you may be advised to get blood tests done prior to treatment. Any recommendations made are done with your health and safety in mind.
Please note: Vitamin injections are intended to support general health and wellbeing and are not a substitute for a balanced diet or treatment of an underlying medical condition. If you have symptoms suggestive of a vitamin deficiency, we may recommend blood tests or liaising with your GP.
